(Miniumum age Limit is 18 Yrs Or Over to use the website for placing orders or returns.)

We do accept Returns so not to worry if you are not satisfied or didn’t like the product.

Just call us back the product to our Warehouse within 28 Days of purchase at contacts given with your Invoice or Order Ref. number.

Full refund will be given once the product comes back to us. Return postage has to be paid by the buyer.

Refund

Full refund is given back if you are not happy with the product once the item is sent back to us.

It will be done via same method of the payment used while placing the order so it might take 3-5 working days to show in your Bank.

Cancellation

As we value our Customer we honour Cancellations within 28 days of purchase and issue full Money Back once we receive our item back but return postage has to be paid by the buyer.

Although we will try our best to avoid the Cancellation to resolve sensibly.
